Mango Parking sells digital products (parking "credits"). There is no physical delivery.
Once Netopia confirms payment, credits are credited immediately to the account associated with the provided license plate. You receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.
If payment was confirmed but you do not receive credits within 15 minutes, write to rezervari@mangoparking.ro with your license plate and we will reconcile manually.
Parking is open 24/7; credits are consumed Mon–Fri between 6 AM and 8 PM. Barrier access at Str. Castanilor, Nr.1, Sc.B, Ap.13, Bacău, Jud. Bacău. Shuttle runs between the parking lot, the airport and the train station every 15 minutes.
