These terms govern the use of Mango Parking services and the purchase of credits through Mango Parking. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
Mango Parking operates a daily parking facility near Henri Coandă Otopeni Airport and provides a free shuttle between the parking lot, the airport terminal and the train station. Customers buy credits online (1 credit = 1 parking day, Mon–Fri, 6 AM – 8 PM). Credits do not expire and are not tied to fixed calendar dates.
Prices are displayed in RON (Romanian lei) and include VAT. Payment is processed online by Netopia Payments. A fiscal invoice is issued with the details provided at checkout.
Purchases can be made as a guest (license plate only) or with a Mango Parking account (email + password, or Google sign-in). Passwords are stored hashed by Firebase Authentication — we never see the plain text. Billing data (PF or PJ) entered at checkout is saved to your profile so future purchases can be pre-filled; you can edit or delete it any time from your account or by request to gdpr@mangoparking.ro. Credits are credited to the provided license plate and can be used on arrival at the lot.
The customer agrees to provide accurate data, follow the parking rules, staff instructions and the shuttle schedule. Mango Parking may refuse entry if the vehicle does not match the registered plate.
Mango Parking is responsible for vehicles parked on the premises per its internal rules and insurance. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. We are not responsible for flight or train delays.
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by negotiation or, failing that, through ADR/ODR procedures (see footer links) or by the competent courts in Ilfov county.
