We process data on the following bases: (a) performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) for parking service and user account; (b) legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) for invoicing and accounting records (this is the basis for collecting CNP / CI series / passport — required on Romanian invoices); (c) legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) for security and fraud prevention; (d) consent — Art. 6(1)(a) for marketing.
You have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), not to be subject to automated decision-making (Art. 22). We respond within 30 days.
TLS/HTTPS on every page, strict Firestore rules (account data is accessible only to its owner or staff/admin), Google or email + password authentication (passwords hashed by Firebase Authentication — bcrypt), encryption at rest on Firebase, role segregation (customer/staff/admin), audit log for admin actions.
