Under the right of withdrawal in Romanian GEO 34/2014 for distance contracts, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request cancellation.
Send an email to rezervari@mangoparking.ro with the order number, license plate and reason (optional). We confirm receipt within 48 business hours.
Refunds are made via the same payment instrument used at purchase (bank card, via Netopia), within max. 14 calendar days from approval. Netopia fees are non-refundable.
Credits already consumed (used for parking) are non-refundable. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata for the remaining credits.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you may use ADR procedures (ANPC) or the European Commission ODR platform (links in the footer).
